The Real Men Fellowship (RMF) is the Men’s Ministry of Omega Fire Ministries, Lagos. It is a dynamic platform for men to grow spiritually, develop leadership qualities, and take responsibility for their roles as heads of families, leaders in society, and ambassadors of Christ. The RMF empowers men to lead with integrity, embrace accountability, and impact their communities through the principles of God’s Word.
Through impactful teachings, fellowship, and outreach, the RMF nurtures men into becoming pillars of strength in the home, workplace, and church, fostering spiritual growth, unity, efficient avenues for supporting one another and commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom.

Mission:
● To mentor and disciple men into spiritual maturity, encouraging them to grow in faith, character, walk with God, purpose
and holiness through the teachings of Jesus Christ in order to stand out as
IMAGE OF GOD.
● To foster a brotherhood of accountability, love, respect, prayer, and service among men, equipping them to lead their homes, communities, and workplaces with wisdom and humility.
● To inspire men to actively engage in the mission of the church, impacting lives and advancing the Kingdom of God through evangelism, outreach, holy living and ministry involvement.
● To establish a seamless and effective platform for providing assistance in various forms to less privileged men within our fellowship, the church, and the wider society, through targeted support, aid programs, and community outreach initiatives.
Expectations:
● Spiritual Growth: Members are expected to commit to regular Bible study, prayer, and personal development in their relationship with God.
● Leadership: Men of the RMF are called to take leadership roles within their families, communities, and the church, exemplifying Christ-like service.
● Fellowship and Support: Members are encouraged to actively participate in fellowship activities, providing support and encouragement to one another through life’s challenges.
● Outreach and Evangelism: RMF men are expected to be ambassadors of Christ, reaching out to other men in their communities, sharing the Gospel, and supporting the church’s evangelistic efforts.
● Integrity and Accountability: Each man is expected to live a life of honesty, integrity, and accountability, standing as a positive role model to others to resonate well with the motto of the RMF, which is IMAGE OF GOD!
